The Write for Justice Campaign is an independent organization established to investigate and report on human rights violations and injustices in Africa. We aim to provide investigative journalists, researchers, academics, and other organizations working on human rights and justice issues in Africa an independent platform to coordinate and organize independent research and investigations into human rights violations and injustices across the African continent. Our goal is to spotlight human rights violations and targeted violence taking place in remote communities across Africa. We seek to help victimized individuals and affected communities disseminate information about unknown violations perpetrated against marginalized communities and individuals. We aspire to give voice and organizational support to oppressed groups and disregarded communities in Africa whose stories international organizations and human rights groups often ignore. Our overall objective is to hold perpetrators of human rights violations accountable and to help communities and individual victims of organized violence and abuse seek protection, justice, and reparations from perpetrators of organized violence and human rights abuse.

The Write for Justice Campaign is formed to independently investigate and accurately document human rights violations and organized injustice perpetrated against individuals and groups in Africa. We work to complement the efforts of existing human rights organizations in defense of human rights and civil liberties around the world.
